That in El Salvador, companies and individuals that perform commerce operations that have not yet requested the issuance or the renewal of their commerce license, will have the benefit to receive for the first time the commerce license or its renewal, without paying any fines, by presenting to the Commerce Registry the 2010 Commerce License renewal request.

Consequently, any registration fee or fines caused corresponding to periods before 2009, are without effect.
